Clogged dirty shower drain. Out of order elevator. Expensive parking

Unlike previous times, the room was not in good condition 😕 Radiator on the floor, toilet without a seat, the bed was not in its place... Yet it was my reservation in this establishment.

Nice interior space, a bit far from the center, no light switch near the bed

The toilet had no lid. The window faced a retaining wall.

There were garbage bins outside the door, the building entrance was nothing like shown in the photo. The kitchen had an overused dish sponge that obviously had bacteria breeding on it. I sent a message asking for 1 more pillow and never heard from anyone. Will I stay there again? NO, I can find a much better place for that rate.

Spacious and well furnished

A small clean and well-maintained studio. Spacious enough for just me 👍

The stay went well (comfort, cleanliness...). However, the access code to the door was not working and a resident kindly let me in. Otherwise, I would have been stuck outside the door.

Well located and well isolated from noise

Not very far from the tram, the accommodation is well maintained and in good condition. The heaters were not working, so a portable heater was in the room, but not practical for heating the bathroom as well. Standard equipment, very quiet residence.

Not suitable for business travel

A sofa bed for sleeping, difficult internet connection to set up, a small shower with a plastic curtain

Minimal signage to find the place. A person at the office, instead of being at the reception, who did what was necessary to take care of my luggage before my check-in, thank you. The establishment is in the heart of a student residence, nice touch! The room is soulless, equipped in a very spartan way with 'student' furniture. The TV is nevertheless a good size and the wifi is effective. You shouldn't be a bit depressed... otherwise, it can be the final blow!! Bathroom with a small curtain shower... not great for hygiene even if it was clean. Otherwise, the tram stop to reach the city center is just around the corner. The extremely positive point is the value for money.
