- • The receptionist who directed us to the "wrong" elevator, with 1/2 floor to climb with a lot of luggage, while the other elevator took us directly to the room, without steps to climb.

- • Actually, if you are a light sleeper, the area is a bit noisy but it's the downside of wanting to stay in the center. Not recommended on very hot days, the provided fan is not sufficient.

- • There is no air conditioning, but it hasn't been hot with the window open. However, there are several restaurants below and if you are a light sleeper, you hear what happens on the street. But we liked being there, the bed is comfortable and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
