- • Lack of organization of the staff for breakfasts. It seems like there are not enough cups, plates, or bowls, drinking a hot drink in a cardboard cup bothers me. The person in charge of the buffet is not present enough so you have to wait to get what is missing.
Beautiful city, the proximity to points of interest is a great asset for this hotel. A major refurbishment will be needed.

- • Misleading site photos. Run-down room, old and damaged equipment (fridge, cooking plates, bathroom furniture). Disgusting carpet in the room, full of stains.
I will not come back even if they make the effort to change my room.
The first day I was put in a very dirty room not at all like the photos just below my window homeless people, the night staff is cold, the day staff is too kind, they changed my room to have something decent.

The place has all you need for a couple of nights stay if you're out most of the time. It's basic but taken care of and just across the bridge to the Ile de Nantes.

- • I arrived late afternoon and there were drug addicts injecting outside. It's a scary area. I made a mistake with my booking and although it was a discounted date and said no refund, I tried to contact them ASAP and couldn't get through. Needless to say, when I did get an answer, it was not helpful to my situation. Be careful before you commit to the booking and be aware of the area.
