- • Sagging and uncomfortable mattress. Thin and bad-smelling towels. TV slightly loose on the wall (ap1115). Everything very computerized since check-in. Parking is paid separately, was not informed.

- • The shower takes a long time to heat up, we even thought it was a defect. It wasn't. But there is a lack of a drain outside the box. There was a water leak and the bathroom was wet throughout the stay.
If it weren't for the cockroach nymphs, it would have been perfect.

Very hot water for cold nights in SP. Perfect location, a kind of mini minimarket for water emergencies.

- • The foot of the bed was broken, there is no room service. If you are with a child who uses diapers, be prepared to gather plastic bags that will serve as bathroom trash.
The location is very good, I think that was the best part. Close to tourist spots, subway, restaurants, shopping mall, and easy access to various places. Also easy to get a ride-sharing car.

- • The accommodations are very tight, the electronic locks often had problems, and they ration items like toilet paper. In this aspect, it was very disappointing.

- • Very small room, small double bed, small TV, Wi-Fi doesn't work, noisy elevators, very thin walls to the point of hearing anyone walking, very tight bathroom, and there is only a minibar and bed linen, the rest needs to be rented.
