- • The mattresses could be standardized and improved. Every room I stay in, I find a different density in the mattresses

- • There is no bidet shower in the bathroom. The shower box is leaking water throughout the bathroom. The internet provided at check-in did not work, the network didn't even show up on the list. The photo shown on the booking is not a photo of the room

Booking system, reception, and use are uncomplicated. Bed and bath linens extremely sanitized and the comfort of having a snack in the room with available utensils and a glass ceramic cooktop, if you want. No breakfast and meals, but in this hotel's surroundings, there are numerous options (end of Av. Paulista and beginning of V. Mariana)

Excellent location. Little internal and street noise. Very comfortable, good bed, and good shower. I have stayed several times and in several units, always had good experiences
