- • Clearly, given the price, despite the location, one cannot expect a clean and well-maintained structure, very bad reception, the guy didn't even speak Italian, the only positive note was the presence of a hairdryer and clean shower towels, otherwise very bad but I repeat, given the price, you cannot expect a super clean suite, I recommend if you really want to spend little to stay for a few days, better for one night
If you have any other expectations besides a bed then it's not good for you.

- • The upstairs room looks like a prison with dangerous stairs. Super hot rooms, only one fan was working. The shower was flooding but there was no mop to clean it after. Also, no broom to clean the sand after the beach. The kitchen is basically non-existent. No stove, no pans, just a couple of plates and utensils.
The location was very convenient, there was air conditioning, and the apartment was large.

- • The bathroom was quite small and the shower was broken and wouldn't hang. When we arrived, we had to wait for the owner for about 15 minutes in front of the building.

- • The apartment is dirty, old, and very poorly maintained. Several facilities are in a worrying state: old and clogged shower, furniture repaired with tape, straw chair in poor condition, unsafe electrical outlets with exposed cables. The accommodation is also extremely noisy. It is difficult, if not impossible, to rest. The apartment is separated from the adjoining accommodation by a simple board, so you can hear almost everything and live at the pace of the occupants of the neighboring accommodation, who were particularly noisy. Regarding the kitchen, the equipment is almost non-existent: only two forks available and very little equipment for real cooking. Another very disappointing point: the owner does not respond to any messages, despite solicitations. It is therefore particularly difficult to get a response or a solution when a problem occurs during the stay. Finally, the photos in the ad do not correspond to a single accommodation: they seem to mix several different apartments, which gives a misleading representation of the actual accommodation occupied.
