Nice clean refurbished property, quiet location good for train/bus but away from the centre of town. Suggest the host changes the way they operate their check-in system by not putting the onus on the guest to contact a few days in advance. Host was helpful once we eventually got hold of him, but neither we nor Hotels.com could get his phone number to work. Apartment needs a supply of toiletries and kitchen basics.

Beautiful comfortable apartment close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance. Owner is really friendly.

The accommodation is not directly in the center, but everything is within a few minutes' walk. The supermarket right outside the door is a big plus. Tomáš is friendly, helpful, and speaks perfect German. Thanks for the great stay.

Large quiet apartment
Very good apartment, large, clean, well heated. The environment is quiet, you can barely hear street noises. Good nights guaranteed. Hot shower with strong water pressure. Powerful wifi, internet without issues. Very friendly owner, good contact. Payment in cash only (no cards accepted). There is a Lidl nearby for shopping. Parking is paid, as everywhere in Karlovy Vary. Highly recommended establishment.

Very nice apartment. Very clean. The downsides: another guest had just entered with his family into our accommodation. Orientation error (not very COVID-friendly). Paid parking not specified in the ad 8€ per day. But very comfortable at a reasonable price.
