- • In a recent review from three days ago, a bed bug infestation was reported. We requested a free cancellation due to health concerns. The only option offered was a similar apartment in the same building (!), but the free cancellation was denied.
The apartments are very nice, and the location is quite comfortable.

- • I didn't like that there were many things that needed fixing in the apartment, there were many spiders in the rooms. Also, we traveled with animals and it was very unpleasant to find out the cost for staying with pets only after booking, which could not be canceled for free. We had to pay an additional fee for each day the animal stayed, while throughout Europe this fee is charged for the entire stay with the pet.

Just because it's close to the center and for one night
Interesting arrangement - artistic loft? Comfortable mattress and clean bedding. Close walk to the center and plenty of space with free parking.

- • It is evident that the property has not been cleaned for a long time, there are many cobwebs, the sofa smells musty, and there is a lot of dust on the flowers. The bathroom looks different than in the pictures. It is painted black to hide the mold. There is no shower glass, so the whole bathroom gets splashed and wet while showering. There are cookbooks on the shelf, but the kitchen facilities are very basic. The check-in process is dreadful, instead of sending information with an entry code, you have to arrange it over the phone. The owner verifies the reservation and tries to explain how to get to the apartment. A conversation that could have been a message - especially when not everyone feels comfortable speaking English.

- • The apartment would be nice and in a good location, but the cleanliness is lacking (cobwebs and dust everywhere) and especially the bed is infested with bed bugs, of which there are even small bloodstains on the sheets. The owner showed no interest in the news, and I received no response, especially after pointing out to him that other users here on Booking have reported the same in recent days. It is evidently not a concern of his, but it ruined our vacation. Both rooms need fumigation. Before that, it is better to stay away.
