- • Occasional smell from the bathroom. Would have liked an air conditioner as it got hot at night.
Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite, the location is great, and it offers excellent value for money. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise, delicious!

Perfect stay in Cusco! Great location. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast; on the days we left early, they provided us with a very complete takeaway breakfast! And above all, a super friendly and helpful team, attentive to all details. A customer service at the level of the best five stars. We were sorry to leave!

Very nice stay
This hotel is expensive, but it’s worth it. Rooms are very nice, everything is well maintained, the breakfast is awesome, and you can even have yoga / fitness classes for a very reasonable price.

- • There was a very strong smell of the smoked wood coming to the room from outside the property which affected my throat. I was immediately relocated to an even more comfortable room - thank you!!
Wonderful stay in the heart of San Blas
A great stay. We even got a suite for a small additional charge. Especially the staff is very friendly. And the food at Sal & Pietra is one of the best of our Peruvian stay so far.
