Our receptionist was very bubbly and nice, the rooms were very spacious, lots of parking on-site, facilities were great, and the location is great if you have a car or don't mind a short stroll to the town centre.

- • The room had a terrible stench on arrival, even in freezing temperatures I had to open up the door for a few hours
Roomy, comfortable retreat from the wild weather of the Fiordlands.
Our room was enormous because it was designed for a wheelchair. It was serviced every day and the staff were helpful when we needed to extend our stay.

- • It was further from the centre of town than I had expected but that was not a problem.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was great, and having private parking right outside the room was a big plus. The beautiful courtyard added a lovely, peaceful touch to the stay.
