Exceptional family stay with amazing views and wonderful service
A superb stay from start to finish. We stayed in a three-bedroom Terrace Suite, which was very comfortable and well suited for a family. The views of Kamala Beach and the surrounding mountains were amazing, and the location was excellent. The free shuttle service around Kamala was very convenient. Breakfast was very good, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Special thanks to Abu Bakr and Chai for being so welcoming and helpful. The Kids Club was also excellent, with plenty of activities to keep the children engaged. The farewell card with photos of the children during their activities was a very thoughtful touch.

- • Housekeeping unfortunately did not arrive on one of the days. This was a minor issue in an otherwise outstanding stay.
