- • The receptionist was not kind and the room they gave us was noisy because it was right next to the entrance. The smoking area was located in front of our room so we can't open the windows at all.

- • Small room, small bathroom. Holes in curtains. Large gaps in the door frame. Noise in the hallway. Meager breakfast, few choices.

- • What's going on??? We were placed in a small room, although another one was paid for. My husband and I went back and forth after work, why should I feel uncomfortable. We had an important date, we were very upset. The resort season is not an excuse!!!!!!!!!!! Be more careful with them, one photo, in reality, another
