Beyond expectations, such a lovely place
What a lovely Place, dont let the view from the road put you off, arrived to be able to self check in via message sent, The room i had was huge and very well quipped for what was essential a B&B, clean, tidy and nice and modern, air con which was needed, small fridge, The room is quiet with a very comfy bed, slept though a thunder storm that night, taxi or bus into Florence is an easy option, Breakfast, including a variety of home made cakes made by a lovely talkative host was perfect, thank you

Clean and cozy room, very attentive and kind host. As it was my birthday, I even received a gift. Easy access location, with everything you need nearby. Good bathroom and excellent breakfast!

Very good for one or two nights. Easy access by bus to the city center and a very friendly host with good advice
The cleanliness of the house. The friendliness of our host. Not far from the city center. Many excellent homemade pastries (those who like it will enjoy it), special mention for the apple cake (amazing, really good). Easy to take a bus to the city center of Florence (the bus stop is about ten meters from the house). The house is very clean

- • The parking is too narrow to safely park your car! I think it's even safer to park in front of the house (when there is space and not on Tuesdays because the sweeper passes and parking is prohibited from 7 am to 10 am that day! The AC is not very effective. There are not enough bread rolls in the morning (there is only bread that looks like sandwich bread). Nothing to do with the owner obviously, but bring a good mosquito repellent lotion (it's full of those nasty bugs)
