If I go back to Palermo, I will definitely choose this hotel :)
The property is located in the very center of Palermo (close to everything). Next to it (two blocks away) there is a good, Italian panini shop. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good (although typically Italian - no vegetables, but a warm croissant was waiting on the table every day). You could also use the bread toaster, and the day started with the question 'cappuccino?'. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and towels are changed every other day. It's nice to sit on the balcony facing the street. You can feel the good atmosphere. The neighborhood is busy but safe. The air conditioning works well, and there was 24-hour access to tea/coffee (instant), which is also a big plus. Even though the staff didn't speak English, they tried very hard to communicate.

- • The tenement house where the hotel was located may seem intimidating at first glance (quite old interior of the staircase, but this is in no way the hotel's fault, rather information that it is a good place). The shower cabin doors didn't close properly. Although it was large, the water pressure in the showerhead (which was also high, but that's a plus) still pushed water through it. The shower cabin door rails need refreshing, but it's definitely not dirt. The fridge also runs quite loudly, but after the first night, we couldn't hear it anymore. There was a small gap between the doors, so when someone left another room into the hallway, light came through.

Very well located, you can walk to all parts of the historic center, nearby parking, elevator, very attentive staff, very good breakfast.

Ótima localização, limpo, confortável. Bom café da manhã, queijo, salame, presunto Serrano, cornetto, bom café. Senhora do café da manhã muito simpática.

Estadia muito boa, vamos voltar
Localização central! A equipe foi muito prestativa. Chegamos a Palermo de balsa muito cedo de manhã. Nos permitiram deixar a bagagem na propriedade e isso nos permitiu explorar Palermo. Também conseguimos deixar a bagagem após o check-out, pois tínhamos uma balsa noturna. A equipe foi muito prestativa e o quarto tinha tudo o que precisávamos, estava limpo e confortável.
