Very convenient location, courteous staff, excellent and abundant breakfast. Complete room
Location, easy to reach by car and then you can leave it because the city center and the train station are a 10-minute walk away (hotel parking). From the station, you can reach, in our case, Amsterdam. Kindness of the staff, absolutely exquisite (thanks for the English lesson to my wife). Comfortable room for 4, with comfortable beds and essential and complete bathroom. The girls enjoyed the breakfast, which shows the level. We also enjoyed the excellent bar in the evening. Congratulations

- • It was probably in the description somewhere but the room was not in the main hotel. It was in an annex about 500m away so the facilities of the hotel were basically not available.
Sleep was fine, nothing else to report

- • The shower cabin and doors, shower knob could use a renovation and the shower drain was dirty, and the chair upholstery is torn
Quiet neighborhood, nicely maintained hotel, not too far from the center

- • When we arrived we were told we would not be in the hotel, but in an apartment owned by the hotel. We had issues with the entry card working and had to walk back from the apartment to the hotel approximately 3 blocks, 3 times to get that issue resolved. No phone number to call from the room and we didn't have a working phone to connect to the hotel. I understand that there was a time lag with the booking, the hotel was booked along with the dates our plane tickets had. We departed the USA on 8/26/26 but due to the change in the time zone we didn't arrive in the Netherlands until the morning of 8/27/26. The time difference was not factored in when the reservation was made. We acknowledge our error. We were already checked in the room with our apartment access card when another couple opened our door stating they were assigned to our room. Truly, a safety and a dangerous issue. When our Netherlands rep called, they informed us our reservation was canceled. That makes no sense since we went to the hotel staff and introduced ourselves and requested additional linen for our room. I cannot really evaluate the hotel. Since, we never stayed in the facility, apparently they had water leakage in the hotel, so we were moved to their apartment. The price we paid was not equivalent to staying in an apartment vs the hotel facilities. We didn't personally receive an apology or compensation for the changes that were made to our reservation. It's hard to give a positive review when so many things went wrong. My husband literally rolled off the twin bed trying to get off because the twin mattress slid off the frame. Hard for a 6 feet person to sleep on a twin bed. They were two twin beds pushed together to create the look of 1 bed. We had to be cautious about getting in and out of the bed. The shower in the apartment was very unique.
Great comfortable hotel in a superb location
It was very relaxing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was relatively large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was great, we could walk everywhere. The city was not far away, and the train station was also quickly accessible. We will definitely come back.
