- • My stay has been marred by constant issues and uncomfortable concerns, starting with the cleaning staff not properly cleaning the cups and failing to replenish the napkins. On the second day, I kept smelling cigarette smoke even though the facility has signs indicating no smoking zones on the floor and kis running on the floor at 3-4 AM. The TV has very limited channels with poor quality. The worst part came later when I detected a strong smell of gas on the floor and in the room. I immediately reported this to the front desk, and the staff assured me they would address the issue right away, but nothing was done. I suffered from a severe cough and chest tightness due to that dangerous smell. The next morning, I had to bring this issue to the manager, Adel, who was eventually able to change my room. The new room was cleaned and looked okay, but Wi-Fi problems arose—very weak signals and frequent disconnections. When I contacted the front desk, they promised to speak with a technician to fix the issue, but nothing happened. Besides the TV's limited options, I couldn’t mirror my phone. Overall, it’s not worth the money, and I don’t believe it deserves a 5-star rating
Happy stay, thank God, and I returned to stay with them again two days after leaving
I liked the brothers at the reception, especially the charming brother Alaa, brother Ahmed, and sister Sarah, the epitome of taste, respect, dealing, and good manners. They deserve much praise 🌹🌹🌹

Friendly and hospitable reception. Beautiful breakfast. Availability of a pool. Fast and efficient services. Cleanliness. It has a lively atmosphere. Families frequent it. Close to various shops. Laundry and two restaurants available, etc.
