- • It's like a hostel :))) Everything can be forgiven but there was a feeling that the staff in the dining room was particularly responsible. Upon entering the dining room, there was no patience. Shouting as if everyone was on an annual trip. A mediocre hotel minus everything is fine for those on a low budget.
A very reasonable hotel. It had better times in the past, but based on what it was, we probably won't return in the future.

- • Facilities that are written in the hotel description do not exist at all. There is no indoor bar and pool bar in this hotel (despite it being written that they exist). Long waiting times for service, no patience. Dismissive attitude from the hotel's general manager (very disappointing in a hotel). Upon entering the dining room on Friday evening, we had to wait to get in, so we complained about it. The hotel's general manager said, 'You are welcome to leave,' which is very disappointing coming from the hotel's general manager where you are staying, instead of offering help and solving the problem.
The location is amazing, not the first time I stayed at a hotel. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, highly recommended.

- • I received a ground floor room near the pool area and there were gaps in the windows, so light came in. Regarding noise, it was impossible to sleep during the day due to lack of soundproofing in the room. It bothered me that there was no table and chair in the room to sit and eat something, so when I ordered food, I had to sit on the bed. During breakfast, there was a loud argument among the staff. I think this is something that needs to be addressed, not next to customers, it somewhat spoiled the atmosphere.
From the beginning, we were worried because we read a lot of bad reviews, but I want to say that everything is really not true. It was very enjoyable, clean rooms, good food, really good value for the price. It's not a five-star hotel, but it's a great hotel. We had a lot of fun, thank you.
