- • The noise, all rooms face a large central space where the restaurant is located, and if the clients are noisy, it is very noticeable. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and you can hear from one to another, especially if they turn on the TV. One night they rented the restaurant and played very loud music until three in the morning just below the balcony of the room. I also did not quite like the location; it is true that there is a bus stop right next to it that allows you to go to the waterfalls, but it is far from the center if you want to go out for dinner or take a walk. There is not much around the hotel. And, in general, the state of the facilities or the breakfast content, I do not think it corresponds to a 5-star hotel. I'm sorry, but if I have to be honest, I had to say it.

- • The difficulty in driving from the airport to the hotel. There is no good signage. The GPS sent me through a pedestrian area directly to the triple border. There is a lack of adequate signage throughout the city of Puerto Iguazú. They have many speed cameras, but scant good signage for tourists. It is not the hotel's fault.

I liked the hotel, the structure, the location. The room was very neat, and the bed was large. I liked that it has both an indoor and outdoor pool.

- • I didn't like that the croissants at breakfast were not warm, but everything else was fine. The shower in the room could be better. The pool did not maintain the temperature well; I think it needs adjustment. It was either too hot or a bit cold.
The room and the bathroom are excellent. Also, very quiet. No noise. The service is very good.

- • The breakfast was the worst part. For the price, I expected better quality. However, the rooms and the location along with the river view and the excellent attitude of the staff try to balance things out.
