- • I only gave 9 because it doesn't have a garage, and the nearby garage with which the hotel has an agreement has very narrow spaces. But everything else was excellent

Do not choose this hotel!
Terrible service! They do not respond to messages! Access to the hotel was blocked due to the crowd of people because of the final World Cup game and the hotel staff did not bother to inform us that there was no access or provide a way to ensure that we could arrive, despite the attempt to contact. After 3 hours, we had to look for another hotel to spend the night, as it was already 8:30 pm and they did not answer my messages!! Even so, they did not cancel and charged for the night! A total outrage!

- • General disrepair. Nicks and scratches. Shower overflowed to bathroom and to the room. In 5 days housekeeping came to the room only once.
