The location, the lovely view from the room (pictures attached), the tasty and varied breakfast, the cleanliness, the service was excellent. Everything we asked for in the room was promptly provided. They gave us recommendations on where to go and the whole stay was wonderful. The girls at the reception were lovely and very helpful, Dimitra helped us a lot.

Lovely ambiance. Centrally located at the edge of the old harbour. Within easy walking distance of boutiques and restaurants and everything the old town has to offer.

- • Taxis are unable to park adjacent to the hotel building. Not ideal when arriving and departing with luggage.
Excellent accommodation, very clean, in an excellent location in the center of Chania's harbor and with a delicious breakfast.

Magnificent hotel and room, right on the port, incredible view. The rooms are large, very well decorated. Perfect breakfast, by the port.

Location was great, right on the water, wonderful views, bed was very comfortable, staff was very friendly.

- • Breakfast buffet could have been better and have more choices. It was a bit of a hike from parking lots, so keep that in mind when booking.
