Poor experience with the bed quality

- • We booked 2 rooms at Amari SPICE and unfortunately, the beds in both rooms were extremely soft. It felt like the mattresses had already gone past their usable lifespan, especially with the springs no longer providing proper support. After staying for 3 nights, I ended up having back pain, which really affected my overall experience and comfort during the stay. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better mattress quality. I strongly suggest the management inspect and consider replacing these mattresses, as a good night's sleep is one of the most important things guests expect from a hotel.

Helpful staff and it was super quiet from noise pollution which was very relaxing.
Enjoyable and comfortable. We arrived around 1am and we were greeted with a huge smile, checked in was easy and our room was clean, we also had some nutmeg candies in the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the interior design in the hotel was too notch. Breakfast buffet was endless with varieties of cuisines.
