Expensive in relation to what it offers

Enchanting location, the resort is well integrated respecting nature. The cost is too high in relation to the services offered, disappointing breakfast, croissants were available only once in 4 days, on the last day of my stay, white wine and clams were finished which were on the menu.

Wonderful location and good service. Such a kind and helpful staff. Minor points: bed is too short and too soft. Price is too high for what you get. They are eco-minded although the rooms are not insulated at all. In my opinion, insulating the rooms would make a major difference. Way more than not using straws or plastic bottles.

Nice All-inclusive Resort.

We have no regrets staying at the Alunan Resort. The food was fantastic and al-a-carte. Usually, All-inclusive is buffet service. The Staff were extremely friendly and hated to say goodbye. The excursions were amazing, Snorkeling and Sunset Cruising our favorites. Our only caution is you must consider the stairs. There are a lot of them. Would definitely return.

All the staff were very kind and friendly. They also have a Coral Friendly project to grow corals, so it was very educational. The rooms had no smell of air conditioning, the shower had hot water, and the rooms were reasonably clean. There were no slippers. The Coral Friendly shampoo & body wash smelled very good but made the hair dry. Since it was all-inclusive, we joined all the tours, but snorkeling scheduled for 10 am was canceled at 9:30 am due to strong winds, which was very disappointing. We were completely prepared and were told about the cancellation only when we reached the pier, so the shock was huge, and they should have informed us earlier. Moreover, the waves were not that strong. We could join the afternoon tour and were very satisfied with the best snorkeling and seeing turtles. Since it is on top of a cliff, all movements are by stairs, and it was very hard to return to the top room from the tours, restaurants, beach, or pool. I had muscle pain for 3 days. The meals were delicious although the variety was limited. The drinks were plentiful. The sea is very beautiful, but there was still a lot of garbage. The beach seemed to be cleaned every day. Thank you for a fun and great vacation.

It was great. It’s a lovely place. Everyone is very kind. We loved the excursions they planned for us.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of nature, friendly and efficient staff, very well-organized excursions, they give you the option of hiring all-inclusive for individual days, we took it for only one day and it was spectacular as it included morning, afternoon, and sunset excursions. Rooms with dreamy views.

Very kind staff, excellent organization for all excursions in this paradise, food of excellent quality. Highly recommended!
