- • The booking did not specify that the room booked did not have an external window. Upon check-in, discovered no external window, old facilities, dirty carpet, and the double room had an extra single bed crammed in, blocking the vanity and bathroom path. What's worse, left the key at the front desk when going out, and upon return, found the bath towels changed and the trash can replaced... Why would housekeeping staff have free access to a room with personal belongings?
