- • Bed was too soft for me. They did not inform us that there was a spot with hotel beach chairs at the public beach nearby. Type of room booking was messed up. Towels should be laundered better.
staff were the most helpful! my mum accidentally threw her personal belongings in the bin, and the reception staff Jayden went to recover it for her. also the massage was the most relaxing. breakfast was busy, but there was never insufficient tables. it is also very accessible, 2 mins walk from the beach. but you could also suntan from the balcony in the afternoon, and they provide beanbags in the room! bathroom is also HUMONGOUS

The staff were all very friendly during check-in, including Tenggu, Husna, Nara, Izzah and Ao. We booked sea view rooms in advance, and higher floors offer much better views, especially the 7th and 8th floors. We reserved five sea view rooms in total, yet only one room on the 8th floor was allocated to us, with the hotel claiming all other high-floor rooms were fully occupied. Our entire group planned a three-night stay. We had informed the hotel ahead of time that one of our travel companions would celebrate her birthday on June 28, requesting a room with an outstanding view for her. However, no room adjustment was made even on her birthday. We flew all the way from Shanghai to Langkawi specially to celebrate her birthday, but the hotel did not provide any thoughtful gestures or well-wishes at all, which was extremely disappointing.

Enjoyed staying here, everything is clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is amazing
Location is great, very near beach, facilities are comfortable, staff were all very helpful. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Very nice infinity pool
