The hotel was lovely and in a great location. It even had a filtered water tap in the bathroom so you didn't need to use bottled water. We have stayed in 5 star hotels that don't have that. Best of all were the staff. Always cheerful and welcoming. Showed interest in us and made us feel really special. There are too many to name individually but all of them were fantastic. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and they decorated our room and gave us a gift of bathrobes with our names on. Such a lovely touch. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Langkawi.

A nightmare stay in terms of cleanliness... the place is not suitable at all for accommodation or relaxation.
Honestly, it was a disappointing and shocking experience in every sense of the word. The cleanliness was very poor and did not meet the minimum standards; the bed sheets, covers, and pillows were full of visible stains and dirt, and even the carpet was not clean and contained noticeable dirt. The situation was so bad that we could not sleep on the hotel bed sheets and had to use our own outer covers to protect ourselves! It is very sad to see this low level of care and cleanliness in a hotel that is supposed to be upscale.

- • Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and comfort overshadowed any positive aspects, and the only advantage for us was the moment of checking out and moving to a cleaner and more comfortable place.
Nice place to stay in Langkawi, choose a room on higher floors to appreciate the view
Very clean, good gym, it is on a beach with a paradisiacal view, not too crowded

- • Near the beach, a stream with a bad smell flows, after seeing it, I didn't go back into the water. They leave very large puffs in the room that take up space and don't make much sense. The reception staff does not speak good English
