- • It was unfortunate that the area around the hotel was not used more for play and initiatives from the hotel or guests. It was at sister hotels, where there were, for example, football tournaments. Sometimes 55 children around one ball, while the football fields at this hotel were completely empty. In addition, pictures of tree tops climbing were shown on booking.com. The sign at the hotel stated that it had been under repair since 2024 (2 years!?). The juice for breakfast was really poor quality.

Great place in south Portugal
It's a big complex where you can go to different pools if you wish. Two pool areas for kids which was wonderful.

- • The shows left a lot to be desired for the kids. Out of 9 days we were there, only two shows we liked. Most of the shows are in the main complex which means having to walk to reach this area. Watching a show that was not good was a bit tiring.
