- • We made a reservation by mistake due to name similarity. Very bad facility, extremely old building, smells dirty. Two people can hardly fit in the elevator and the inner door does not close. You feel scared going up and down. The hotel smells bad, there is nothing offered like drinking water, coffee, etc., which is usually provided in every hotel. Slippers and a kettle are not provided in the room. Bathroom windows are broken and dirty. They sell a non-existent room and then take some of the team to another building by saying that they upgraded your room as if they did a favor. We booked a room with parking along with many rooms, but in the morning the staff member claimed that your vehicle (Vito) is not a car and tried to ask for money. Whereas the vehicle fits in the same parking area as a car. The staff member found in the morning is quite disrespectful, speaking impudently as if he gave us a free room.
Very kind and for years they have been accommodating us in choosing the apartment itself.
