- • We spent Saturday night to Sunday and the area is very lively and noisy. Despite that, we were able to rest and sleep well
Great value stay in Sevilla!
The location is quite nice, as it is a bit north of central and surrounds you with many local spots. Very spacious place and the rooftop is a lovely place to relax.

VERY COMPLETE. WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED
The apartment is perfect. It has everything you need for a several-day stay, even a dishwasher. I missed a salad bowl but everything else was very good. It is very spacious with many windows. Everything is practically new and very clean. It has air conditioning, which was great in Seville with 37ºC days. They sent us a code to enter and it worked perfectly throughout the stay, everything was very efficient. We were even able to check in an hour and a half earlier than the stated time. It is a very lively area with lots of people; at night there was a lot of noise from the terraces but we could sleep perfectly as the bedroom faces the interior and you can't hear anything.

- • While they were very kind letting us enter the apartment before check-in time, they were not when I asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere on the day of our departure, as our train was in the afternoon. They didn't even respond to the message, so we understood it as a NO. We had to look for a locker, which are very expensive; they charged us 10.50 € for a cabin suitcase and a bag, for 8 hours. Although the cleanliness is impeccable, they forget to clean the freezer of the fridge; it is full of ice that hardly fits a bottle.

Excellent position. Easy to find. 15 min walking to the center. Super clean. Immaculate bathroom. Huge apartment. Roof terrace. Excellent communication with the owner. We faced a problem with the A/C. It was solved within an hour. Bravo. 15 euros Uber from the airport
