Mediocre Experience
We choose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport and shuttle service, unfortunately, the shuttle is just a small van and unless reserved days in advance you won't get a seat especially if traveling as a family of more than 2 people. Despite requesting a quiet room months in advance, our connecting room was very noisy. The aircon is very loud and moreover the heavy traffic noise from the nearby roads continuously all night. There was a lot of banging sounds also from the car park for trucks next to the hotel (like large doors being slammed). Definitely won't get a good night's sleep. Rooms on first glance were clean but hidden behind curtains were spider webs and flies. Public areas were very clean. Staff not helpful at reception didn't seem interested in customer's requests. Food was fine and service good in the restaurant. Overall mediocre and won't be a returning customer.

Excellent value for money
Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Abundant and quality breakfast. The hotel restaurant is very good and at fair prices. Beautiful and clean rooms. Everything excellent

- • We were happy to have a restaurant on-site. We hadn't had many language barriers throughout our 17 days in Italy, until the restaurant. I think the server was new and didn't seem to understand our order. We didn't go hungry so that was good, but we didn't get exactly what we ordered due to a mix-up and frustration with communication.
Very attentive staff. Good breakfast. Good gym.

I have been to this hotel 3 times already and everything has always been top-notch. I have nothing to complain about. For breakfast, they have gluten-free pastries for my son and even on the dinner menu. Great.
