Near airport but poor service
It was near airport, so you could walk to the terminal.

- • When we arrived, they gave us a qr code, where to reserve a table for dinner and breakfast. We understood that you have to make a reservation. When we arrived to dinner, there were no table, just usual bar and staff saying order with. As our network signal was poor, the order did not go trough. There was only on person to take guests to the hotel and taking food orders. The menu was ordinary barfood and snack. When I asked the staff, why we had to make a table reservation, if we do not get any service. She said, it is beacause the woul knew how much staff they need. Obviously, it doesnt work, if one person has to run the whole hotel. At breakfast everone has to checkin at the desk, so the reservation was useless. Then about the airconditioning, the hotel was using indoor air circulation, so that we wokw up with headache.
Near the airport, very convenient location. It's nice to watch the planes take off. Checking in and out via tablet at the reception is a great solution. Comfortable room. Decent food. Friendly service.

Nice stay did what I required for 1 night if staying longer I would maybe choose a different hotel but would have no iss

- • Food selection for evening meal was limited and food was ok not exceptional
Close to the airport, close to the bus stop. Very friendly service, everyone speaks English. Clean rooms, the shower solution may surprise some but it's manageable. With closed windows, you can't hear the airplanes and you don't wake up at night.

It was a nice stay!
It was very close to the airport, a walking distance. You could travel with the bus into Billund
