- • -6th floor with no elevator -The air conditioning was running nonstop, otherwise it would have been 35 degrees on the top floor, where there is only one room that I got
Great location with everything you want being roughly a 30min walk maximum, and the staff were very friendly helping me to print off my visa for Cambodia.

- • The handle for the shower was rusted off however other than that great place to stay on a budget.
It’s a good, convenient, and affordable place to stay in HCM.
It’s located in a fun, active area near local food shops, bars but was provided a quiet place to rest at the end of the day. The beds are comfy, shower water pressure is good.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Pleasant staff. Central area.

- • 5 floors without an elevator. You have to ask for room cleaning. Some background noise starting from 10:30 pm, but it's bearable. The area is a bit too hot! Noisy bars, inconsiderate tourists. No breakfast.
