Perfect location which is two minutes walk from Pisa Centrale. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a great size with all of the amenities that I needed.

- • The water was very cold for quite a long time before finally it got warm - such a waste of water! Maybe something’s wrong with the heating. The lavatory seat was broken.

Welcoming host and clean room suitable for short stays. Excellent location very close to the station even though it doesn't feel safe at night. The presence of the water dispenser was a pleasant surprise.
