Beautiful boutique hotel with incredible service.
What a beautiful hotel a few blocks from San Francisco square. They lovingly turned this courtyard home into a stunning hotel with a full service breakfast.

- • We arrived at night and the city of Quito was pretty deserted. Our transport was the only vehicle on the streets.
Lots of potential…
Beautifully remodeled interior. Kind of modern Victorian. The staff was outstanding. Hardworking and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

- • Minimal options for breakfast. Eggs and white toast or corn flakes with some berries and yogurt. There was hot water in the morning but not in the afternoon or evening. There was only one staff member working the front desk, kitchen and cleaning rooms. If she was busy with one thing it was difficult for her to do something else. The hotel definitely needs a dedicated kitchen staff.

- • The room was a duplex, bathroom downstairs and bed upstairs. I would choose another one.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff, we will definitely return on our next visit to Quito.
Hot breakfast made to order, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, hot sweet Ecuadorian bread steamed in a plantain leaf, coffee/tea. Staff were super responsive and attentive. Free filtered water supplied in the room and more as needed. Rain shower in the bath. Bathroom floor slopes ever so slightly to allow water to flow only into the drain. Good quality linens. Good lighting in the room. Adequate storage and hangers. Plug outlets conveniently located. A room heater kept us comfortable during the cold nights. The room has been well-planned in every way. Location was convenient for Historic center.

- • Very minor point - the boxed breakfast on the last day was a Ham sandwich although we had requested vegetarian sandwiches. But the desk clerk apologized repeatedly for the mix-up and didn't charge us for the boxes (we did not take them with us).
