Kevin, the agent, was absolutely lovely. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and he made the check-in process so smooth
I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the apartment was exactly as described. I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

I think to avoid this Apartment Hotel. Even if staff is helpful and friends and will a
Staff ok. However, Management totally incompetent. 4 hours to decide if late checkout is possible. And then at horrendous additional rate. Very, very unpleasant. I was not able to see anyone who had the power to decide. Looks like Orwell 1984 the Big Brother. But Never Access to the Big Brother. Very, very unhuman and you don't feel you are welcome and respected as a guest.
