If you are a light sleeper, the noise can wake you up. The outdoor patio in the common area is my favorite part of the hotel.
Location was convenient and close to downtown. Being walking distance to Mayfair mall is a bonus.

- • The walls between rooms are thin, you can hear noise from next door and the hallway.

- • The washroom smells bad, I think it's coming from the shower curtain. And you can see dust on the counter tables.
The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and happy to provide extra tea/ coffee items when requested. Always a smile!

Great value all around. We'll stay again when in Victoria.
Nothing more to add. Excellent hotel, facility, and congenial staff for the traveler. This hotel had a 'new' feel to it due to its cleanliness and efficiency. It is well located for Island travel and served our purposes well. We liked the ample parking and little 'extras', such as 24/7 coffee and 'little deck' on the second floor. Somebody really does give a duck! Thank you.

- • Nothing that we can think of ... but don't get complacent because, in the end, everything can be improved.
Comfortable bed. Room is not updated. Queen room has a kitchenette and stove, and fridge in case I need to prep food to cook or bring it to my small RV. Also has plenty of open-air parking space for a tall RV/vehicle. Also next to a burger joint.

It was quite convenient for driving into town. We were two adults and one child, and the room was big enough. The staff was friendly and professional.

- • The noise from the road. The room was pretty dirty. Crumbs and hairs on the floor. Coffee from the previous guest still in the coffee pot
