Disgusting, racist staff member. Freezing cold room with a view of the plumbing
The hostess at breakfast was a total racist. And as a man of color, she offended me to my core. What an awful human being. Disgusting. Her behavior in 2026 was totally unacceptable. I seriously could not believe the way this lady spoke to me. Like I was a slave or something. So condescending. So paternalistic and she was WAY younger than me. Caucasian. Totally unprofessional. Totally inappropriate and the management did NOTHING. Besides that there was no heat in the room and the view was of plumbing.

Excellent location, great breakfast, very nice room and staff available for every request - smiling and competent.

- Location is amazing! Historical city center - We had a view on the canal and it made the room totally worth it - Hotel staff was very polite and inviting, we had a great experience with communication in general. Very warm and welcoming :)

- • - On photos on the website this room category was demonstrated with a large floor-to-ceiling window, but in reality we had 2 small windows. - If you want to go a lot to the shopping area, this hotel is a bit far.

Wonderful three nights in Copenhagen
Location was perfect for site seeing and quintessential views. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This Hotel was central to most everything you'd like to visit. Exceptionally easy check in. Staff was kind and courteous. Speaking several different nationalities. Concierge services are very convenient. Breakfast does not miss anything and melts and eggs to order are world class. The rooms are very unique in layout and decor. Building in re-purposed and structural beam exposed to remind of days past. However all the modern day conveniences are realized. Like most of Europe twin beds are standard. Air conditioned but not needed most nights. Comfortable, quite and clean. A must stay again place when returning.
