So easy to access the metro and the hotel itself was a joy to stay at.

Restful
The mini bar offerings included local and Malaysian brands: Irving’s and Amazing Graze so that was good. I like that there’s an attempt to feature local brands even in the jam offerings (Straits Preserves). We got an upgrade to Heritage Luxe too (think the booked room wasn’t ready yet since we waited for a while at the front desk). However, the room (301) was facing the escalator on the bridge from the mall opposite so it was not possible to open the curtains.

- • There was no complimentary parking and it might be good to have some sort of deal with Clarke Quay Central to offer that to guests. The pool was also very small but it’s understandable, given the size of the hotel. The breakfast is not the typical hotel buffet but this isn’t a typical hotel too. They offer a variety of small plates that are made to order so wastage is reduced. While the food offerings were inviting, there could have been more seasoning. For example, the hollandaise sauce was so tasteless that I could taste the vinegar on the poached egg. Maybe it was an issue of an inadequate portion of the sauce too?
New place, in great location and interesting design
Everything is new, clean and I really like the interior design of the rooms. Also the rooftop pool is a hidden gem.. Pretty small but with no people and a great view.

- • If you are not a long time with your partner, going to the bathroom might feel pretty uncomfortable.. Bathroom design doesn’t leave great privacy.

Comfortable, Design, Clean, very friendly staff, refined breakfast. Pleasure of the 5 senses!
The design is very pleasant to the eye, the cleanliness is very neat, the good smell, the very friendly staff, the quality of the mattress, the size of the accommodation, the comfort, the refined and delicious breakfast, the view!
