- • The surrounding neighbourhood feels a little run-down and could use some maintenance. It was also a bit untidy in places.
Breakfast was excellent. The staff member was so friendly and helpful and cooked whatever hot thing you wanted.

- • steep steps at the front but that can't be helped as it is a very old Georgian building.

The location, the breakfast, the staff, and the cleanliness were all amazing! We had a short stay but it was lovely and we were able to easily walk to all the places we wanted to see from parks to ancient ruins and river walks. The bus stop is also right outside the building. We felt safe and secure.

- • The bed was a bit hard and the room was a bit small but adequate and had everything we needed.
The property is close to the main part of Bath and is walkable. The buffet breakfast was great.

- • Unfortunately we were here during a heat wave and there was only a very small fan and no other cooling. This made the stay quite uncomfortable.

Very good location, city reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Room as described. Shower was very cramped. For a short stay very good. Typical English breakfast, everything freshly prepared for each guest. Staff extremely nice and helpful.
