najbardziej przyjazny, najbardziej pomocny personel. pokoje (i ogólnie teren hotelu) są o wiele piękniejsze w rzeczywistości. wieczorny serwis z bajkami był tak uroczy! nasz kamerdyner Toto miał najlepsze rekomendacje i zabezpieczył dla nas rezerwacje w restauracji nawet jeśli prośba o nie była złożona w ostatniej chwili. kochałem każdą chwilę naszego pobytu :)

Chiang Mai heaven

Ten hotel jest sublime. Dbalność o szczegóły jest wyjątkowa, a jest zbyt wiele specjalnych, małych akcentów, aby wymienić... i jest dużo zabawy w ich odkrywaniu samemu. Śniadanie jest pyszne i pięknie podane. Przepiękne pokoje, tereny i udogodnienia - ciężko opuszczać każdego dnia, aby wyjść i zwiedzać. Jest dedykowany pracownik, który pomoże ci we wszystkim, czego potrzebujesz, a obsługa ogólnie jest fantastyczna. Nie mogę nic zarzucić temu hotelowi i z całego serca zachęcam każdego podróżującego do Chiang Mai, aby doświadczył tego pięknego kawałka historii.

Beautiful historic property - definitely worth it.

Very good location, great service - private concierge (Toto :-)). Beautiful apartments. Daily activities included in the price such as a trip to the temple for a Buddhist ritual with a guide. Good breakfasts - buffet part as well as many a la carte options.

Legacy property with authentic architecture, history and beautiful suites and facilities. Staff is super friendly and will treat you like family.

Our stay at 137 Pillars House Chiang Mai was genuinely exceptional and one of the most special hotel experiences we have ever had.

A One-of-a Kind Hotel

We stayed at 137 Pillars House for five nights and six days. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but for me, 137 Pillars House is truly one of a kind. [The Best Hospitality] Tuck, who took care of us throughout our stay, was truly wonderful. Her thoughtful attention, genuine kindness, and prompt responses to every request made our stay incredibly comfortable. Every member of the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and treated us with genuine, natural kindness. Their sense of balance was absolutely perfect—never too close, yet never too distant. Each person cared for us so naturally that it felt as if we had found another home in Chiang Mai. We felt completely relaxed and truly cared for throughout our stay. [The Best Room and Gardens] Our room was peaceful and beautifully designed, and the spacious balcony was the perfect place to relax. The surroundings felt like a quiet forest. Every morning we woke up to the sound of birds singing, and we enjoyed watching squirrels wandering through the gardens. At night, the atmosphere became magical and completely different from the daytime, which was another unforgettable part of the experience. The trees and gardens were maintained with incredible care, and there was not a single piece of litter anywhere. The insect control was also exceptional, allowing us to enjoy our entire stay in complete comfort without any stress from insects. Wherever we looked, we could feel the attention to detail and the care that this hotel puts into everything. [The Best Breakfast] Breakfast exceeded all of our expectations. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional. Even the vegetables were so fresh and delicious that I had never tasted vegetables like that at any other hotel. Everything we ate was outstanding, and together with the warm smiles of the staff, breakfast became something we looked forward to every morning. Every morning was a happy and memorable start to our day. 137 Pillars House is not special simply because of its beautiful historic buildings or its elegant surroundings. What makes this hotel truly special is its people. You can genuinely feel that every member of the staff loves this hotel and takes great pride in caring for it. That is why 137 Pillars House has a warmth that cannot be found anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. To everyone at 137 Pillars House, thank you so much for giving us five nights and six days filled with peace, comfort, and happiness. Our stay has become one of our most precious memories. I hope to return to this wonderful place someday.

Lovely stay in Chiang Mai

We stayed at 137 Pillars while on vacation in Chiang Mai. The resort is fabulous, within walking distance to many activities. The staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. Big shout out to our concierge Toto, who recommended several wonderful experiences. Well worth the visit.
