- • Extremely cold and impersonal attention. One night when it was 1 degree, the room had only a thin blanket and the air conditioning didn't work. They brought me another blanket the second time I complained and wanted me to go down to get it. I received neither an apology nor did my dissatisfaction seem to interest them. Wifi practically didn't work.

- • Old and small elevator (seemed poorly maintained, made too much noise). Rooms with little noise insulation, as you could hear everything happening in nearby rooms or in the hallway. Bathroom with poor wall maintenance (visible mold and no ventilation).

- • The cleaning employee "Nancy" stole our AirPods. She entered our room and stole them. The management did not show us the cameras. Terrible. The bathroom flooded when showering.
Functional accommodation if what is prioritized is the location, good value for money.
