The room is great, very spacious and the service is good, and Gustavo's service is excellent! Wonderful location, many places to go on foot.

- • The bathroom could have a little more enclosure, it wets the floor a lot and one of the beds already has the mattress very, very, very sunken! Otherwise, very good!
The welcome and friendliness of the staff. A receptionist took the trouble to speak to us in French and it was appreciated and worth noting positively. The location is good and easily accessible. Shops and cafes nearby.

Very good
Good and comfortable room next to the private bathroom. Comfortable bed, accessible by the elevator but a noise from the boiler running 24/7 hs at night could be heard. Maybe when you arrive tired it doesn't bother, but when there was a lot of silence or you can't sleep because of the noises, the annoying noise of the boiler is noticeable.

Clearly the hotel's strength is the location. Very nice and safe area. The lobby and common areas are very pleasant.

- • The rooms seem very old and somewhat lacking in maintenance. For a business travel hotel, it lacks parking or an agreement with a nearby one.
Correct price quality.

- • Although it was described, they tried to charge me for the early check-in (30usd!!) for 2 hours, zero flexibility. The internet is terrible, impossible to watch TV. The bathroom is an old bathroom renovated with a very poor microcement finish, cracked everywhere. The bathroom ventilation is blocked so there is no way to evacuate odors and vapors. The screen is very small so it is impossible to shower without wetting everything
