Great location. Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately our stay of 5 nights was mostly without a working air-conditioning (daily) - this made our stay very uncomfortable!! The staff attended to the problem but it could never be solved!! We were not offered another room and a proper technician was never called...🤨

We were comfortable, well taken care of and will be happy to stay again!
Breakfast was awesome! Staff lovely, especially Elke who personally took care of getting me a room with open shower because of my disability. She was such a wonderful help! Bed was super comfortable, great mattress! Also, the best shower we have come across in decades!

- • Hallways are dark- rooms are quite small -don’t have windows- controlling the room climate was a bit of a challenge
Short but very sweet!
We arrived early but our room was ready so we were able to check in straight away; the room was clean, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities described, and the breakfast excellent. The hotel is ideally situated for the Museums and Royal Albert Hall and a very short walk away from South Kensington underground station.
